I joined Organic Fitness 6 months ago and my life has changed in so many positive ways.
I have always been a gym rat since my early 20’s and an avid runner. I have tried all work out trends from intensive aerobics to Cross Fit. I had been a Crossfitter for about 3 years and although my workouts were highly intense, I was seeing no improvements – in fact I started to gain weight and my body was physically a mess.
Carrie and Meg will take their time in evaluating your situation and assisting you with positive changes slowly to enhance your health, both mind and body. This is about a “holistic approach” to fitness- not just about going to a class and burning calories or not eating carbs.
Everyone has a different path and they take the time to learn you and the path you need to be on to become your true best.
I feel amazing and started to lose weight within the first 30 days. I am sleeping well and just have a new sense of confidence.
